Al kisahnya..
I was really carv for donuts. Bukan donut 'beracun' tu (defined 'beracun' versi Arief ialah donut yang ada topping berwarna, berpelangi seperti di Big Apple or Jco) .. tapi donut gebu local orang melayu buat. Ahh, always wanted to have it while it still hot. Still crunchie! So I google the recipe and I bumped to a blog yang siap sertakan steps and gambar macam mana nak buat lagi. COOL! Baik betul dia nak tolong orang amatur macam aku.
So, as I arrived home and done with chores, bermula lah kerja membuat first step iaitu, pembikinan doh. Macam gangster je..doohh~ LOL. Sementara aku nak tunggu doh tu mengepamkan dirinya jadi gebu, 45 minit tu, so aku recite yassin at the same time malam tu aku merajuk dengan arief sebab belum balik lagi maghrib tu. Please, I'm with 9 month hormones. Mood swings. Done yassin, arief balik and siap mandi. Then he asked me..
Arief : (sambil senyum besar ala ala perli) .. apa kat dapur tu?
Me : Donut. Orang nak try buat. Teringin. (nada merajuk lagi)
Arief : ..hahahaha
Me : Meh sini tolong.
Sweet husband is always sweetest! He washed his hand and offered himself to make the doh ready dooohhh~ Plus, nak tunjuk bakat keturunan yang ada dalam dirinya. As his pakciks own a bakery somewhere at Terengganu (bila la nak kesana lagi Arief?) Yes gentlemen, he did the doh and it was puurrfeeccto! Well done bapak.
So to make the story shorten and sweeten, I tak jadi merajuk. and been really creative with each other at the kitchen by making few shapes from the donuts doh. 4 ketul je jadi donuts bulat, yang lain ....
Me : Sayang ape ni?
Arief : Haa.. macam Aunty Anne an an?
Me : Allah mak, macam bentuk DNA manusia dah

I find that night was really really sweet. We even eat em' all. Well...tak habis pun makan. But it was sweet.
